Our fermented herbal juice uses 40 different kinds of organically grown vegetables, fruits and traditional herbs and had been aged for 3 years in a traditional kiln-baked porcelain. Aging of the juice in a clay-baked pot matures the formula and adds enzymes and probiotic florae, enhancing its cleansing effect. The fermentation process can be compared to wine aging and with the appropriate expertise fermentation can maximize the benevolent qualities of the herbal juice.
